Cancellation Policy

Big Al's Specialty Movers requires a deposit on most moving appointments in order to reserve move date and times. These deposits are subject to our 3 business day cancelation / rescheduling policy. Rescheduling is subject to our availability. This means deposits are NON REFUNDABLE if you are within 3 business days of your move date.

Example: Move date is Tuesday September 2nd (day after Labor Day). You must cancel your move by the end of business day August 26th in order to receive a refund. We do not count Weekends or Holidays..

Once your move is scheduled, space is reserved with Big Al's Specialty Movers. Crews and truck routes are determined. The cancellation policy is in place to compensate for losses resulting from such cancellations. All Cancellations must be received no later than (3) three business days prior to the scheduled move date in order to avoid any miss communications and / or non - refundable deposits. Deposits may be used or applied as a deposit on future moves as long as we have availability on the new date requested.

Deposits will be deducted from the move total, on the Bill of Lading.
