Based on that experience and the subsequent reviews we read regarding their service, we chose them for our move. It turned out to be one of the best decisions we had ever made.It is a well known fact that moving can be a hugely stressful event. From the moment Big Al became a part of our move, the whole process just seemed easier. We are both sales professionals with a huge commitment to customer service. That is a major reason that we were so satisfied with Big Al’s operation from start to finish. On the day we were to be packed, Big AL’s crew showed up on time. They worked quickly and cheerfully throughout the process always being as careful as possible in packing our possessions and courteous to us at all times. We were also impressed with the fact that they seemed to enjoy their work and each other. We never heard so much laughter and good natured banter among the crew as they accomplished their task. It was amazing!Moving day again started right on time. When we reached our new home, the crew was extremely accommodating as we moved furniture about until we had it placed just right. Again, the goal to accommodate was clearly evident. We also appreciated Big Al’s checking in on us to make sure that we were happy with the entire process.After the move, we received a hand written thank you note from Big Al’s company, something again, as sales professionals, we really appreciated.We can’t recommend Big Al’s highly enough as a result. They are simply the best!
