Ed, Ivan, Albert, James and Leonard (yes, we needed FIVE men to move our belongings!) were considerate, careful, STRONG, professional, and hard-working! On top of that, they were eager to help with anything and cheerful even when lugging our heavy furniture up the stairs. Wow! We were absolutely, completely impressed with each and every one of them. They were attentive to details like where to place furnishings and boxes, but even took the time to gather fasteners and screws. I spoke with Rhonda last week and she indicated I should email you our review for your website. It is a true pleasure to write this, and I’m glad we have the opportunity. Let me know that you have received this, at your convenience. A few short months ago, my husband and I were preparing for a move and I got on the internet looking for companies to call. It was the weekend, but I sent several emails to potential companies. Big Al’s was the only one to respond. Al came by the next week to give me an estimate. Based on that experience and the subsequent reviews we read regarding their service, we chose them for our move. It turned out to be one of the best decisions we had ever made.It is a well known fact that moving can be a hugely stressful event. From the moment Big Al became a part of our move, the whole process just seemed easier. We are both sales professionals with a huge commitment to customer service. That is a major reason that we were so satisfied with Big Al’s operation from start to finish. On the day we were to be packed, Big AL’s crew showed up on time. Dear Moving Staff,

After our house was sold in December and we found another home, the realization set in that we had to move all of our stuff. Not having a lot of experience with moving companies, we put off the decision to call and choose someone to handle all of our treasures. The small stuff, drawers, tables, throw rugs, pictures, dishes, clothes, etc, we knew we could move ourselves. The real challenge came with the baby grand piano and the several large china cabinets, heavy bedroom furniture, desk and the things a 70 year old gentleman just can’t pick up anymore. We asked Moe’s Piano’s to recommend someone who would move the piano and perhaps all the other furniture. You folk’s were at the top of their list so you got our call. What a luck day for us.

The whole experience, from the first phone call to the estimate to the moving day was totally positive. The three men who moved us, Ben, Anthony and J.R. were the most professional trio of young men I have met in a long time. We had no scratches, dents, dings, or broken anything and a lot of our furniture was HEAVY. These fellows were also a delight to be around. So many service people these days are grumpy and mad at the world. These guys were good natured and seemed to enjoy their day and still completed a lot of hard work. We can’t say enough good things about your employees and would not hesitate to recommend Big Al’s to anyone who is planning a move.

I wanted to drop you all a little note and let all of you know I much I appreciate the wonderful help I received in moving my Steinway piano from Whidbey Island Washington to La Quinta Calif. The move was a challenge, but the trained professionals, under the guidance of Big Al made the entire process a wonderful experience for me . Beth and Vicky were so kind , and had proper information to put my mind at ease. Big Al because my piano was on the 2nd floor of building, with a very small stairway, had a forklift to lower the piano over my balcony It was very well done and the piano arrived at my house in perfect condition. I would have to say for the complexity of this move I had the best help available in the entire US. I would advise anyone considering a piano move or furniture that you care for to utilize Big Al and his amazing staff of trained professionals.
